The Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo

The Q Revo is a fantastic option if you're looking for a robot mop and vacuum that's mid-range. It offers a great mopping experience, but it lacks the advanced features of its more expensive sibling.

In the course of testing, it was able to take on dry oats and dust on carpets with medium piles and pet hair on hard flooring. It does not use LIDAR, however, like cheaper models do, to identify your home.

1. iRobot Roomba S9+

The iRobot Roomba S9+ is one of the most highly-rated robot vacuums. It has a lot of features and impressive cleaning power, such as an area for dirt that is integrated into the charging base. This robot can recognize your cleaning habits, and suggest automated schedules to provide you with the ultimate hands-free cleaning experience.

The iRobot Home App guides you through the setup process. Once everything is connected, you can begin the automatic cleaning functions at the click of a button. You can choose a general clean that prioritizes cleaning up larger debris like cereal and rice or go for two detailed maps of your home to ensure your entire home gets a proper look.

This vacuum works well on both floors with no carpet and carpets with a low pile. It can take in large objects and does not lose suction as fast as some other models, and it can even pick up pet hair without much difficulty. It has a difficult time with plush or high-pile carpet, but iRobot claims it will improve with future models.

The S9+ is a new design by iRobot that is focused on enhancing edge and corner cleaning. It's the first Roomba to adopt a flat-fronted D-shaped design, which will allow it to be able to swaddle furniture and walls. It's a great improvement over the standard hockey puck shape of the majority of robovacs. However, we discovered it to be only marginally better than circular models.

iRobot claims that the S9+ also has superior filtration, which prevents micro-sized particles and allergens from circulating in your home. We think it's a nice statement however, it's not enough to justify a higher price.

Its smart navigation system uses sensors that remember the layout of your home and vSLAM technology to map the interior. This allows it to avoid obstacles like stairs and other barriers and to clean up your entire home in the most efficient way possible. The iRobot Home App allows you to schedule cleaning times and also set virtual boundaries so that the robot knows which areas need extra attention.

2. Roborock Q Revo

Roborock Q Revo is a machine that combines vacuuming and mopping. Its vac settings are just as effective as those of more expensive models, and its mopping system is superior, as its spinning pads do a much better job of scrubbing your floors than a stationary vibration pad.

The only drawback is that it lacks an additional rubber brush to provide more thorough cleaning, but that's an acceptable price to pay if you want to get one of the best roborock vacuum robots available. The dust tank on the robo-vac is larger than many of its competitors, and filling it takes just two or three cycles, even when you have maximum dirt.

For the mopping device, I was awestruck by its ability to remove the tough dirt off my floors. The two mopping modes that it has that are less abrasive than the high-powered ones, create minimal noise, allowing you to work or watch TV without interruption. If it comes into contact with an object, such as a wall or furniture piece, it gently bumps into it and then moves forward.

The Q Revo is unique in that it runs almost autonomously, with little user involvement. The dock of the robo-vac is multifunctional and will automatically move garbage into a bin hidden. It also cleans and dries the clean water tank. The app is good at nagging you only when something is in need of attention, such as the water tank that is running out of clean or a scheduled cleaning session being cancelled because of a full dust bin.

You can also design and merge actual rooms to alter the way that Q Revo will treat your home. This feature is useful if you have different flooring in different areas of your home, or when you have to frequently get rid of clutter like toys, clothes, and books. The robot vacuum was also one of the best performers in my tests cleaning up debris from carpets as well as hardwood floors on the first go. It can also remove wet spills however I would recommend drying them with a damp cloth prior to sending the robot into.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni

The X2 Omni has all of the features you'd expect from a premium robot vacuum and mop and more. It comes with a rotating mop and a powerful vacuum that can clean carpets as well as hard floors. This model is more efficient than the X1 because it charges more quickly and cleans 1,500 square feet in one charge. It also has a bigger, more durable dustbin to hold more debris and is easier to empty it when needed.

The X2 Omni also has a more intuitive voice assistant and an app that works even if you are not at home. It also has a smart routing function that allows it to clean specific rooms or areas of your home instead of following a predetermined path.

The X2 Omni is the best mopping robot. Its mop pads rotating scrub away tough stains, and its motor creates lots of downward pressure. Its vacuuming performance is also top-notch, and it boosts suction when it detects a carpet to ensure a thorough cleaning. 4. Dreametech L10s Ultra

The Dreametech L10s Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a premium model that offers a number of features that aren't typically found on robots in this price range. It has the ability to create detailed floor maps, detect various flooring types and is one of the best robot vacuum mop few that can automatically wash and dry its mop pads. But while these functions are great but they also put the L10s Ultra in the luxury category and could mean it's somewhat more expensive than the average homeowner require.

The front of the machine is adorned with an impressive bumper that protects the furniture and vacuum cleaner as you move around your home. Sensors are concealed behind the front pane, which helps the L10s Ultra navigate around tight corners and avoid obstacles.

On the top of the vacuum there is a single button that is used as an on/off switch. Pressing this will activate the vacuum, and clicking it again will shut off the vacuum and send it back to its base station. The control panel has a circular menu that lets you choose cleaning modes or schedules, as well as preferences.
